✅ Booking Confirmations

Once your booking is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email with:

  • Your booking reference number

  • Service summary (hotel/tour/flight)

  • Travel or stay dates

  • Amount paid and service details

  • Provider or operator contact (if applicable)

Note: SMS confirmations are not available at this time.


✅ GST-Included Invoicing (India)

We offer GST-compliant invoices for all bookings made from India. These invoices include:

  • GSTIN (if applicable)

  • HSN/SAC codes

  • Taxable value

  • CGST, SGST, or IGST breakdown

  • Total amount paid including GST

For B2B bookings, please provide your GST number at the time of checkout or contact support after booking.


✅ Downloadable PDFs

All invoices are generated in PDF format and can be:

  • Downloaded from your My Bookings dashboard (if logged in)

  • Re-sent to your email upon request

These PDFs are suitable for personal records, reimbursements, or tax purposes.


🔄 Invoice Corrections

If you need modifications (such as company name, address, or GST details), please contact us within 7 days of booking. Corrections may be limited based on the provider’s terms.


📧 Didn’t Receive Your Invoice?

No worries — simply reach out to our support team with your booking reference number. We’ll verify and resend the invoice promptly.

  • Invoices and confirmations are issued only for completed, paid bookings.

  • Make sure your email address is correct when placing a booking.

  • SMS confirmations are not supported at this time.
