Hotels

  • Free cancellation is often available up to a specific time before check-in.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable.

  • Exact policy details are shown on the room selection page before booking.

Flights

  • Airline policies vary by fare class and carrier.

  • Some flights are non-refundable but may allow date changes with a fee.

  • In case of airline-initiated cancellations, refunds or rebooking options may be available.

Tours

  • Many tours allow free cancellation up to a certain number of days before departure.

  • Cancellations made after that may incur partial or full charges.

  • Force majeure events (like weather or natural disasters) may qualify for a refund or reschedule, based on the provider’s terms.


✅ Wallet Refunds or Bank Credit

Refunds, if approved, can be issued in one of the following ways:

  • Bank Credit: Back to the original payment method

  • Wallet Refund: Credited to your user account for future bookings (if your account has wallet functionality)

Refund methods may depend on the service provider’s policies and the original mode of payment.


🕒 Refund Timeline

  • Refund requests are typically processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control.

  • Delays may occur if additional verification is needed from the service provider.


📩 How to Cancel

To cancel a booking or request a refund:

  • Email us at support@bookingesy.com with your booking reference and reason for cancellation.

  • Or, log in to your account and view the “My Bookings” section (if available) to request cancellation directly.


❗ Important Notes

  • Refund eligibility is subject to the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking.

  • Non-refundable bookings will not be refunded under any circumstance.

  • We are not responsible for cancellations caused by third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels).
